BSR provides AI-powered tools for Amharic content creation, including Amharic captions, voice generation, video clipping, and related processing services. Our service uses prepaid credits to access features. Because these services require computing resources during generation, Credits are digital products used to access BSR services. Refund requests are reviewed individually based on the circumstances of each case.

2.Refund Eligibility

A refund request may be considered in situations including:

Unused Credits: If you purchased credits and have not used any of them, you may request a refund. Each request is reviewed individually
Technical Issues: If a system error prevents you from receiving the requested output and our support team cannot resolve the issue or restore the affected credits, your request may qualify for a refund.
Duplicate Payments: If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a payment error, we will review and correct the duplicate transaction.

3.Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not provided for:

Partial Usage: Credits used to generate captions, voiceovers, clips, or other AI outputs are generally not refundable. If a verified technical issue prevented successful delivery, we may restore credits at our discretion.
Change of Decision: Refunds are not provided because you changed your mind after purchasing credits.

Important Note: BSR uses prepaid credits to access AI features, Each generation consumes computing resources. Once credits have been used to process content, they generally cannot be refunded.

Fraud & Abuse

Refund requests associated with fraudulent activity, abuse, chargeback misuse, or violations of our Terms of Service may be denied.

Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be returned through the original payment method when possible.

Processing times depend on the payment provider. Banks and payment services may require additional time before funds appear in your account.
